Erica van Reenen

Erica was a finalist in 2016, and has spent time on the judging panel for the Award.

Erica is chairman of Agfirst NZ, New Zealand’s largest and most diverse grouping of Agricultural and Horticultural consultancy businesses.

Erica has extensive experience working at the interface of environmental management and farm systems with farmers, industry organisations, processors and government. She works across New Zealand with multiple business types and farm systems developing long-term land use strategies, supporting farm planning processes and informing policy design and implementation. She has previous experience working for industry and Central Government.

Erica is a partner of Morrison Farming, a 1,250ha sheep and beef breeding and finishing farm in the Rangitikei.
