Rozzie McKenna, Operations Manager LAMBPRO

Rozzie was the recipient of the Australian Zanda McDonald Award in 2021.

Her role is Operations Manager at LAMBPRO, Australia’s largest prime lamb seedstock business. This involves managing the database for over 10,500 performance recorded stud ewes, coordinating staff and day to day activities for running the business, as well as providing numerous client services.

LAMBPRO provides genetics to over 350 lamb producing businesses around the country. Rozzie is particularly passionate about improving the quality, sustainability and profitability of livestock production.
